Processing and Shipping

Currently we have 5-7 business days to process your order and put it together. Once your order has been processed you will have a tracking number sent to the contact method of your choice (text, email). Once shipped, how fast you will receive your order depends on the type of shipping you chose, (first class, priority) .Currently there is a delay with USPS scanning packages due to COVID 19 so your tracking number may not update in an efficient manner. Please be patient. Please email for any order inquiries and include your name and order number. Please also note that a sale may extend the processing timeframe.


Refunds and Exchanges

There are no exchanges for any reason. Refunds are subject to the owners discretion. If there is something missing from your order please allow up to 7 business days for the missing item to be shipped. If you are deemed eligible for a refund please allow time for the refund to be credited to your account. This typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution. If you have not gotten your refund in 5-7 business days you may contact us at AFTER contacting your credit card company first. If it has been 30 days since your order has been delivered you are not eligible for any type of refund.

If you receive an item that is broken please contact us at within 48 hrs with a picture and your item will be replaced. 

A gift card is not eligible for refund or exchange. 


WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, MISSING APT NUMBERS OR WRONG ADDRESSES TYPED IN. If your package is lost or stolen please contact usps. If your package goes to the wrong place or returned to us for an error in the shipping address you will be charged the original shipping amount to send the package back out.
